Wait List
The airport maintains a wait list for pilots who would like a hangar. A $100 deposit is required to add a name on the list. Removal from the wait list PRIOR to notification from the airport that a hangar is available qualifies for a return of the deposit. Once a pilot is notified that a hangar is available the deposit is no longer refundable.
Conference Rooms and Terminal Building Lobby
These spaces are available according to the Use Schedule on this website. All use of the conference rooms and lobby areas are subject to written agreement provided on this website.
Hangar Rent
$425 per month with lease agreement for T-Hangars, when available. Hangar size is 45’ wide X 39’ deep. All hangars have electric bifold doors, electrical outlets and fire extinguishers. Jet Pod hangars $900 per month, when available. Jet pod dimensions are 60’ wide X 74’ deep at the deepest 1/3rd.
Property Tax
County Tax rate is $0.0001 per $100.
Monthly Tie-Down Fee
$65 per month with lease agreement.
BPOL
There is no BPOL tax in Stafford County.
Hangar Inspections
Each hangar may be inspected by airport staff at any time. The County Fire Marshall inspects hangars annually for the purpose of issuing Permits. Tenants must comply with County fire code regulations.
Key Change Fees
Tenants who wish to have the locks on their hangar doors re-keyed are subject to a $100 re-key charge. This service is available during the weekday only.
OXYGEN
Aviation oxygen is available through ACE Flight Solutions. For availability and scheduling contact them directly at 804-437-4230.
