Stafford Regional Airport has a variety of leasable spaces for potential development and based aircraft.

Development Sites

The airport has nine site located adjacent to the airport terminal building that are available for lease. The sites are large enough for corporate hangars or other similar use building sites. Utilities (water, sewer, power, and soon fiber optic lines) are already located near these sites. The airport has developed airport rules and minimum standard criteria, both of which are available on this web site under Airport Information. In most cases the land on which the building is constructed is leased from the airport. Generally leases are for twenty years, with subsequent ten year options.

Tie-Downs

The airport has 60 tie-down spaces on the north and south aprons. Tie-downs are $65 per month. Spaces are currently available and aircraft owners may contact the airport administration office to set up a tie-down agreement.

T-Hangars

The airport has 36 T-hangars for lease. The monthly lease rate is currently $425 per month. There are currently no T-hangars available, and owners may contact the airport administration office to get on the T-hangar waiting list. A refundable $100 deposit is required to hold a position on the waiting list. A fifth T-hangar is under construction and scheduled for completion in the early fall of 2022, which will add 10 additional hangars spaces. 

Jet Pod Hangars

The airport has 4 jet pod hangars for lease. There are currently no jet pods available, interested owners can submit a Jet Pod Lease Application to the Airport Administration office in order to get on the jet pod waiting list. A refundable $100 deposit is required to hold a position on the waiting list.
