Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off

Each year the Stafford County R-Board offers residents the opportunity to drop off household hazardous waste material at no cost to the residents of Stafford County and the City of Fredericksburg. The event provides the opportunity for hazardous material to be properly disposed of and/or recycled, treated, and stabilized. Items that can be dropped off include small batteries (Nicad, Lithium), propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs, fire extinguishers and latex paint.
